x5_Bard Tourneys Joined: 5 Achievements (1)	I discovered today that having my location set to "default" is the reason my stream has been shit of late. For people who are having troubles with stream lag but no ingame lag try changing this around. I got a max bitrate of 150 kb/s (yes thats right 150) on 'default' setting and over 800kb/s on 'Asia Backup'.
