Heya, I was doing my placement matches in the North American Server and I recorded 3 losses out of 5 (including one loss which turned to a win). Well, being a struggling player, I dunno what my mistakes are as well as what could I have done to turn the losses around.

Replay Analysis
You begin claqually with depot rax gaz. Then you're taking a second gaz without even saturating the first (2 workers on it)
Make those bio research ASAP. They are long to obtain on one lab only, make sure it researchs permanently
Make SCV all the time during the first 15 minutes of the game
6:00 : Hard and long supply block at 26, that's a big blow to your macro
You don't have enough units for that timing (6:22). You're teching hard, you need to defend not wandering your units in the wild. If you see a probe coming from that way, there is probably a pylon out there (not in this case, but you didn't checked). You didn't SCV scout at all. How did you knew he was there ???? Oo
You don't expand and add structures you can't afford to use on one base. A Battele cruser Warren is not something to produce on one base (or even 2). You're now too broke to make your important factory to produce.
You push at 7 with 4 units. That's wayyyyyyyyy to few for that timing. They are going to be slaughtered.
Marines are human beings don't roadkill them with your tanks
As planned, your push is too weak. You're opponent is using well his guardian shields
You're opponent try to counter but is repelled by a single tank...
It's cold out there, your opponent smartly use that public heater to warm his units.
Very good drop that makes big damages and keep you in the game while you're one bas behind.
You take a Ninja expand (why ??) way too late. Your natural is always the expand to take, it's the easier to defend and to transfert SCV from one base to another. You're opponent has a 3rd fully saturated;
16:46 : What you see:
What your opponent see ...
Another good drop
Now you're too far behind, it's only a mater of time before you loose. Your opponent who scout very well with all he get and specially his obs destroy your Ninja expand.
He decide to finish you.
Strong points
Good initial opening (depot rax, gas, OC).
Good drops.
What could be improved
Expand before 10 minutes and then add one every 5 minutes.
Don't overtech (both BC and Thors on one base, while Thors is for 2, BC for 3)
Scout more with SCV, marines on Xelnagas
Produce with all your buildings all the time.
You need to play a lot to improve and train to expand more.
