It might not sound like much but 100ms is quite a noticeable delay. If anyone has played single player recently you'll notice how crisp and responsive everything feels compared to a multiplayer match. Unless you live in Singapore...

How did u test your ping?

I'm on a local Canberra ISP - runs through Telstra, but I lag on SEA and not on NA )=

Open a cammandand use tracert.
The command is "tracert us.battle.net" and "tracert sea.battle.net".
The last ping time is your ping to the server.
Mine are 219 to us and 133 to sea.
