Hey fellow SC2 players,

I am curious to see what your opinion is if I ask is there a Number 1 race?

So, what is your preferred race and why?, why does it outplay the others? Or have you suddenly changed to another race as it has a better outcome?

P.s. I understand that player style, plays a huge factor in this.

So the majority seems to be with what my thinking was, however wanted to see if their would be a terran or zerg in there

protoss is the easiest and the best race I suggest never playing the other races as they actually take skill instead of lightly tapping f sometimes with an army looks like it might attack you

In my opinion zerg is the best, I think protoss may be easier to perform better but I think zerg has the greatest potential in a given game. A perfectly played terran would be unbeatable though but I think if the game is being played very very well but not perfectly zerg has the advantage.

If Zerg plays perfectly, Zerg can't lose. If Terran/Protoss play perfectly vs a perfect Zerg, the Zerg will win.

depends what you mean by "best" if you mean favourite, protoss, if you mean balance, not-protoss

why? cause protoss is cool but all the units are patheticly awful balance wise

I understand you've been playing lots of Hearthstone but try to keep on on current events. Protoss imba, hadn't you heard? :P

I'm just following everyone else's "my race is bad cause i play it" banter. the stats show that all matchups are relatively even atm and have been for a while now. the recent patch only changed diveristy.

Discussion was the idea, as at the time when Heart of the swarm was released i posed the same question in a forum and got mostly Zerg in response

Protoss... I dont think people play them to their max potentional yet because they get too satisfied with winning with 100apm~

Protoss is the best in bo1s, bo3s, bo5s and bo7s and also bo9s and maybe bo11s too. I haven't seen research on bo13s though.
