[ToR] Clan Team Development:

To those that were there Thursday night who were there to listen to what I had to say in relation to the development of our teams that are currently entered in the SEACL.

Essentially the main message of this discussion was how we can better improve as a Team and as a Clan as a whole and so we did have numerous ideas that I will be implementing in the next few weeks and seeing how it goes.

Anyway what this thread is focussed on is our "Team Development"
