Stuck in Silver League

Hey guys,
I have been in silver league for 3-4 weeks now and in that time I have won over 200 games and beaten many golds and platinum + diamonds but I am still not showing any signs of moving to Gold. I have recently been matched against Golds a lot more but that has been happening for around 3 days now. The only time I really lose a gold game is if it is ZvZ, if not I usually win. I am second in my sub division with I think 200 wins and 212 losses (Something like that) Do I need that to be positive? Any help on this matter would be really appreciated!
