Considering that the brackets were just released last night and no teams were aware of the seeding, that was fairly last minute imo.

It is not really last minute. This is not a league format so it is normal to have only 1 day in advance notice. You should have your team free on wednesday nights the moment u decide to sign up for this tournament. Just my opinion.
