hey,
i recently got to high diamond on NA and was winning plenty like 10 wins to 2 or 3 loses and now i just cant win and i cant even beat low plat anymore.... for some reason i jstu cant win games i know exactly what im doing wrong and how to play better but i cant and its kinda bugging me do i need to have a break or is there something i need to do?
Happens to everybody, just try to focus on your fundamentals and take breaks whenever you get frustrated. No other way of getting out of it other than just perservering.
yeah i know :P but these school holidays i made a big push from gold i think i just played too muc recently and need a break before i can further myself more
Ehhh, I hate that feeling of not being able to win. Eventually though I guess you'll remember that High plats aren't just ''plat noobs'' or something, if you generalize and underestimate too much you get bit in the arse.
Happens to everyone man. Just keep pushing through
If it makes you feel better, in season 3 I went Masters > dia > plat > dia > masters. Just because I was in a bad state of mind regarding sc2. And I was drunk. Dont ladder drunk
Sit down and say "For the next five games, I will hit all my injects perfectly." or "For the next ten games, I will creep spread like a demon."
Don't worry if you win or lose - just accept that your MMR is going to tank for a week or so. Go through your replays, and decide if you 'won' or not based on whatever goal you set yourself, rather than whether you actually defeated your opponent or not.
This serves two purposes - first, you give yourself positive reinforcement, which will put you in a better mindset. Second, it will drastically improve your mechanics, resulting in actual wins later on.
Hang in there bro.

Ladder is locked, you are gonna find most people are in it to win it.. not to improve right now. So you can jump in and try and learn how to counter their pigabusive behaviour or.... do nossing. Personally I say buy a damn bandanna, watch First blood and go in like GODDAMN RAMBO and smash them all.
The best thing I've found is to try to isolate what the issue is, if you're in a rut it's probably because you aren't doing something in your mental checklist correctly (see day9 daily 360[ish]) so just watch a few replays, see what it is, write it down and work on it in a few customs with practice partners.
That and yeah, as everyone has said, take a break and chill.
