Can someone please direct me to essentially a high masters/GM clan exclusive clan. Im looking for easy to find and quality practice partners. Preferably on SEA and speaks english.

Welcome, I would look at posting here: http://www.sc2sea.com/showthread.php?t=1897 youll find you have a better chance of being picked up by posting in there. Best idea would be to hang around and join in with the sc2sea guys, namely the sc2sea and mGG chat channels. A lot of the high end clans will only pick up people they know will be 100% committed.

Hang around different clan chats and see the type of players each clan has. Most clans have a strong m/gm line up but its more of a preference what you want and the type of players you want to play with.
