After the apparent interest in the Help a Newbie thread we have decided to expand on the idea. So we are going to be trialing a weekly occurrence where the community will be able to submit their replays and have them analysed by a prominent member of the SEA community, be it pro, caster, tournament admin.

The main idea behind such a thing is to build community. Help those lower level players that are struggling to move up a league.

For our first trial week Unstable has agreed to take on three Platinum or lower replays from the sc2sea community.

So get to submitting you can upload your replays here then make a post in this thread using this format.

Example:
(R) Torniquet vs (P) Nirvana
Lost Temple
Diamond 1300
Description: So i didnt even get to make any units because Nirvana probe rushed me. Im looking for advice on how i could possibly stop P from executing such a build against me.

Also if anyone thinks of a good name for this please do tell. Or if any pros are interested in signing up for this just PM me. As well as any general feedback questions or queries.

I like this a lot. Perhaps occasionally we could slot in a Day9esque coaching session where players could get live commentary on their games.

i was actually planning to do this live apth :P but this is a test run so we will learn and get better!

I meant have the players live on the stream aswell, instead of replays. Apologies, my communication skills are pretty poor after work.

awesome idea. i mean the help a newbie replay thread has a whole bunch of material we could work with and putting it in video could be more digestable and palatable for the majority of the populace who aren't in diamond. I'm pretty keen to help out whenever my time permits, probably not now, but well. yeah. i'll see how my schedule works out, but i'll volunteer to do it as and when i'm free
