I was wondering is there any custom maps or ways to improve late game Macro. I realised that my macro tends to slip more in the late game and therefore getting rolled over by charge zealots. (they destroy everything lol). Any tips guys?
just keep practicing games, however focus on macroing.
if you are trying to improve on one thing just play a whole bunch of games focusing on that one thing and ignore everything else. don't even try and win just as long as you are macroeing well. once you can macro well and it becomes automatic then worry about putting the other things back into ur game, like scouting, strategy and what not.
http://drop.sc/79924 here's a drill which i find really good for improving your macro, even though its a retarded build I keep my money low and win by just having far superior macro than my opponent. note natsu is platnium.
So as I said; after you practice this drill a few time try adding in some more elements, like scouting, gas for rauders and upgrades, after that some medics, etc etc.

Keep up constant production as much as your economy will allow. For Zerg this means throwing down macro hatcheries; for terran and protoss it means adding more production buildings based on whatever unit composition you're going for. If you find you have extra gas, consider getting double upgrades and getting tech units. Your resources should never go over like 1k until you're 200/200. Focus on macro, don't worry about micro or any of that stuff. If you just work solely on macro and having 3 mining bases, you can a-move your army into his and re-max with your superior numbered production buildings and win the game. Macro ALWAYS comes first. Always make it the focus of every game.
Im sure there are the 'MACRO faster' maps somewhere, probably search for those maps on NA server if you have access.
And last i checked there was a 8 player map that contained 1 mineral patch each base, the minerals essentially had unlimited resources and you could mine with every single probe at once, supply would max out at 400/400 over the normal 200/200. Good map for macro/probe production and also good fun for wacky builds.

There is one and the map is called Macro or Die. Basically if you let your resources float to a certain point (based on what supply you are currently on) or if you get supply blocked, the Adjutant will send a nuke that will blast your base to pieces that will land in a few seconds if you don't make those resources drop or stop getting supply blocked.
Another alternative is to:
1. Play on a map with no opponents, then make worker units until you're maxed out. Pause the game, look at the timer and jot down the time. Do that again and then jot down the time again and see if you managed to max out faster or slower.
2. Force macro games on ladder. This is both the riskiest way (since you're putting your ladder points on the line) and the best way, not only to improve your late game macro, but also learn how to defend against early pressure while doing a FE build, learn how to defend against harassment, learn certain timings, etc, etc.

I agree Filter sc's videos can prove to be really helpful. the videos are rather lengthy but definitely worth the time. I cannot wait until he puts some protoss videos out.
