Right, so now, I'm a newbie to this forum, just came in today in fact. I really suck bad at this game. You know TotalBiscuit? Yes, I'm like him. First I kinda went AWOL from SC2 because of National Service crap. So when I returned for Season 2, I'm now even worse. And partly because I play on my laptop which is the only machine in the house powerful enough to handle the game, soon i'll have to swap to desktop, but I dunno when. Here's my profile though:
So right now, I'm determined to take this long road just to set all my basics right so I'm ready to go for Season 3. So I've asked in the following thread first:
For now, i have a set of replays to help me analyze. Cause' I seem not to be ready to even ladder up yet. It's in a ZIP file. Because I can't be bothered to upload one at a time. These replays should be watched from the earliest replay.
It's gonna be a long tedious road. But I'm sure I'll get the hang of competitive play soon enough so at least (well not to say not suck, but) be proficient enough.

Btw, anybody casting matches, please invite me as spectator because not just learning my mistakes, but I need to sometimes learn from other people's mistake.

*Bump.
Btw, if anybody coach me as a Protoss Player for free during these time-zones (7:30pm-10pm SGT, GMT+8) i'll gladly appreciate it. Currently Tied with the army means I have less time to play and train and also low pay. I can hardly pay for any coaching if I have to. The Caster Kelly says for the guys? No Choice. -_- We were discussing it during her stream on Sunday.
I've yet to win my first 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 Match. I actually fare pretty okay on 4v4. But in 2v2, I'm scared face right off Gold right off the bat. Honestly I don't belong there. I don't really want to smurf but it ain't right for me to get stuck in the gold league and actually struggling in that league is beyond my capabilities for a long shot, unless somebody good can partner me and ladder and train me up at the same time in 2v2s.
I do have friends, but very few and we can't really find the time to actually play and train together because these guys also are in the same Army Unit as I am.

Heya, it's been a while since I last updated the blog!
Season 4 has already started. Since my absence from the forum, I did some training with some of my friends from my Army unit who play StarCraft 2. So well, i'm not as sorta bad as I was before. I did some PvPs, I did a few co-ops against Very AI and also against some other friendlies. And just this week, rather than sticking to laddering in SEA, i decided to do some back-to-Basics stuff at the NA Server.
Most of my stuff now involves me playing as a Terran rushing to battlecruisers and complementing with 1-1-1 builds like Marine Tank, drops all that sort of business.
So now after my Placement, I was shocked to find that I now have actually qualified as a Gold League Player with 3 wins to 2. Of course I could have played much better.
See my post in the Replay Feedback thread for more details.
