Can't prac on KR anymore. Get random nights where I can't play sc2 at all. I am close to quitting starcraft purely from a motivational issue, and the tournaments I do enter I have to deal with pings like this:

This was taken directly after PXL. What is the point in playing in tournaments when you have to deal with this? Does anyone have any advice as to how to fix this? I can't change ISP
