Participation plans for 2016

We are thinking of altering the participation structure to be divided into 2 half seasons (Jan-end of June, July-end of year). Aiming for same prize pool of $700, but split will be $350/$350, and we'll scrap the LAN Sponsorship. Prizepool may increase.

Breaking the system down into 2 'seasons', should refresh the 2nd half of the year, and if you come in late 'season 1', or take time away from the game for a while, you can still go hard and earn $'s in 'season 2'

Additionally we will look at adjusting the value of participation points, to try and find the right balance between results + participation, and encourage other methods of acquiring points such as challenge matches. Change will likely see participation worth 2.5 points per tournament in 2016. Still very helpful points added up across the year!
