Format

A Round Robin into Single Elimination format bracket will be hosted on Challonge.

Top 2 from each group will advance to the playoffs.

No one will be seeded, pure RNG for seeds.

Group stage will be Bo2, Bo3 for the elimination stage.

Bo2 series: Take turns to pick ANY map. (Maps can be up to 4 players size)

Bo3 series: "Higher seeded" player will pick first. After that, it's loser's pick.

Rules

Games will be played on SEA server. Players can choose to play on another server if both players are agreeable to.

Players who have opponents who haven't shown up 15 minutes after the tournament starts will be given the choice to walkover or wait.

Players may request for more time to show up prior to the tournament start. Be reasonable with the time you ask for though!

In the event of any disconnects, players can either use "Recover Game" under the Replays section or they can replay the game. The default option is to use "Recover Game".

No BM at all to anyone. WCS Handbook approved!

Well, this went much longer than I expected. 4 hours tourney for a 16 people bracket. Perhaps we should just do away with groups if we want a shorter tournament! Maybe double elimination with Bo3 only at the much later stage. I'll experiment around in the next few FFNs. Thanks to everyone who participated today!
