RECRUITING ADMINISTRATORS - FULL TIME OR PART TIME

Title and red text says it all. We're looking for administrators to help run the BSG Opens. You think you've got what it takes? Let me remind you of a few things.

• You will be labelled the bad guy almost every week by someone you kick out.
• You will have to listen to every QQ, Rage and BM thrown at you for anything and everything.
• You cannot let your emotions control you or your decisions. Every decision must be made according to the rules.
• You will feel bad for some of the things you will have to do.
• Clan mates or BFFs or even you other half become nothing but names when you clock in.
• There will be days where it comes down to your call and you will have to live with it.
• You are expected to act as a professional. It may just be a small community tournament but it doesn't mean you have to slack off or prance about in your undies.

This is a near thankless job. You will be in the hot seat the very minute it starts. You will be both a Saint and an A-hole.

When you become an Admin for the BSG Open, its not just a job. Its THE job. Its a representation of the trust the BSG players have for you. You become a representative of the community.

But its not all frowns and stern slaps on the wrist. I think the best way to describe it is to quote a group of players from ARMA whom I've grown to repect.

Hey there :3 I'd like to apply to be a part time BSG Admin. However, I won't be available each and every tournament, if that's alright.
Is there like a form or something I have to fill out or whatnot? :3

I would be keen to help out as a part time maybe, as some Saturdays I go out etc, but as a current BSG player what happens if you want to play, I am assuming you cant?

you can play, just that another admin needs to be online to handle the tourney and you can't admin till your out...pm me if interested ^_^

i would be interested to parttime work. dont play much but i can do what you described.
