Tournament Overview

Hong Kong Esports Limited is proud to announce their 1st e-Sports Tournament! The tournament will feature a $1,500,000 HKD ($200,000 USD) total prize pool across 5 different games: League of Legends, StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition, and FIFA 2013.


Grand Finals Information

Venue: 3rd Floor KITEC, Hong Kong
Date: 10am-10pm, August 31st, 2013
Streams: English/Cantonese
Casters: Wolf/Khaldor
Format: Best of 3, double elimination. WB Finalist starts Grand Finals with 1-0 lead in a best of 7.

Grand Finals Prize Distribution

1st Place: 75,000 HKD (~10,000 USD) + Other Prizes (TBD)
2nd Place: 15,000 HKD (~2,000 USD) + Other Prizes (TBD)
3rd Place: 5,000 HKD (~650 USD) + Other Prizes (TBD)
4th Place: 2,000 HKD (~260 USD) + Other Prizes (TBD)
5th/6th Place: 1,000 HKD (~130 USD) +Other Prizes (TBD)
7th/8th: 500 HKD (~65 USD) + Other Prizes (TBD)
Prize Pool: 100,000 HKD (~13,300 USD) + Flights/Accommodations + Other Prizes

KingKong will play local hero nicholashk (a former WCIII National Champion), While Rossi finds himself up against Evil Genius' HuK, the boys find themselves at opposite ends of the bracket so a SEA vs SEA final is possible!
