Map Selection:

Each round will have a designated starting map. Each player will be given one veto per player per round. The opposing players must do their vetos before the match begins. The remaining maps will be played in the order they are listed in the map pool.

There will be plenty of instore specials, photos, demo computers and games! Come and hang out and have some fun with NZ's top SC2 players thanks to MSi!

I'm quite keen to play in this, does anyone know roughly how many players are already registered. When will registrations close? Are there any prerequisites for this? Also, are players supposed to bring their own gear? Thanks!

At the moment 21 are registered but more are expected to turn up on the day!

Registrations will close at the event, because some people will turn up on the day and play! There are no prerequisites for this, anyone is free to sign up and come along! You can bring your own gear if you would like or mouse and keyboard will be provided!

If you have any other questions let me know Come along it will be a cool day with lots of awesome people!

I'll try my best, getting to North Shore so early is quite a hassle though, but I'll make an effort

Do I need to bring anything besides the optional mouse + keyboard?

Do competitors need to be there at 10 am latest?

Bring headset/headphones if you have some I am not sure of the ones provided, its always nice to use your own gear anyway!

By 10 would be good, just so we can get everyone seated and registered then get things underway!

I have put a bus timetable in the post, there is a bus that can take you from town to just down from Playtech if you need to use public transport. I know it sucks to get there but it is an awesome venue and will be a lot of fun!

From what I hear there will be a spectator area; will spectators be able to hang out with players? Or like stand behind them as the games are being played? Also, if I register online do I just go in on the day and confirm myself as the person registered? Sorry, I never go to LAN tournaments And yup I'll have to ferry to the city and then bus to Playtech haha

Just sign up online then send me an email to alicia@barcraft.net.nz with you league and ID details, or you can just turn up on the day and play. Yes there will be a stream and spectator area and standing room behind most of the computers too
