Melbourne Starcraft2 Competition #3

Hello

We’re back pXCautioN, ToRDarkNoob, ToRRedemption and IXLRunamok. The 3rd Melbourne Starcraft 2 Competition is underway once again in the land down under. IXLRunamok has been helping us expand this event to others in the community that may not have found out via sc2sea.com, the team would like to thank him for donating his time to making this event bigger and better

This event will be casted by Mike and pXFuzzy

Details:
Date: 20th of January
Time: 10:30am – 7pm ‘Want to get seeding out of the way’
Venue: MC Internet in Melbourne
Address: 41 A'beckett Street, Melbourne CBD Entry
Fee: $20 ($10 goes towards card time, $10 goes towards total prize pool)

Format: Best of 3 Double elimination with the finals as a Best of 5, To be held in chat channel MelbourneLAN

Map pool:
WCS Cloud Kingdom LE
WCS Daybreak LE
WCS Ohana LE
WCS Antiga Shipyard
GSL Metropolis (Ladder edition)
The loser of each game will select the following map. Before each match each player will take turns to veto map maps, they will then choose the map they wish to play if they lose. The remaining map will be played first. The same map cannot be played twice in a single series. Every round is Best of Three.

Donations:
IXLRunaMok $50

Prize:
1st prize: 50% entry fee $25 donation
2nd prize: 30% entry fee $15 donation
3rd prize: 20% entry fee $10 donation

I highly recommend everyone play regardless of league, it helps contribute to the prize pool, you get a chance to really see what you're up against in the big leagues and that way there can be a wider range of skill so people like me in plat don't verse GM > LB > GM > OUT
