White_Ra, Frogmite, Byrnsy and Flamga say hi!! only one zealot has charge here.
White Ra is the most awesome eSports star I've met! Super friendly just like in the videos.. I was picking up Eddie at the airport when i ran into him and kelly! He had fans waiting for him at the airport and he took pictures and signed autographs for all of them! Seeing the way he interacts with his fans.. wow hes probably the player i respect most in the world now. He is just so genuinely nice to everyone. I went hotel searching with him for a bit cause he wasn't happy with small hotel room (lol) then we had dinner with the Australian and Singaporean guys at Boon Tong Kee. He specifically requested for a Tiger beer to go with his meal lol. And then byrnsy ate a flower. He said it "tastes organic". And frogmite topped that by eating a flower with chilli sauce. These are like real flowers used as decoration. haha ill post the pictures and videos sometime soon.
The rest of us (ninja, Mafia eddie etc) have to be down early tomorrow so we didn't join them for drinks.. Theres still Friday night!! (After group stage) Apparently these are the start times for the open bracket. To be safe, just go down the the venue (SITEX) at 10am SGT. Seeya all there tomorrow!
Note: There are 10 slots to be filled up in groups and only 14 players in the open bracket! I wonder what's gonna happen! Nvm its about 20+ players i think liquipedia wasn't updated.
Them empty brackets make me a sad panda , but good luck to the SEA boys, going to give the competition one hell of a show! Looking forward to ZooM/Oz, Lucifron/Mafia or Blysk
Group A divides pretty easily into a top and bottom half

TLDR: SEA is shit, don't bother watching. Cheers TL.
Check out Artosis' preview instead, if you want something worth reading.
ganna throw out my group predictions for fun: (in no particular order)
Group A I predict MC, Vortix and Mafia
B probably YugioH, Sting and Stardust/KingKong
C Revival, Zenio and Ninja
D would be like, Oz, Luci, Grubby..
There's also iM.MaFia, who did manage to get 2nd place at aforementioned WCS Oceania, though he got 0 – 2'd out of the world finals.
He's right, MaFia should be ashamed of making it to the global finals and finishing in equal placing to the likes of Socke, HuK, MajOr, GLaDe and rOrO. Especially in his group full of nobodies.
hes just completely clueless, what is strange is why TL chose him to write it and it was frontpaged. his forte is clearly in the korean scene not the SEA one
Yes it is tiring to watch us get undermined by people who don't even know us.
But overreacting very publicly makes us look like were sore and super sensitive. Just practice and get better and do better in events. Less talk, more play. But the guy is a douche and should have done research instead of speaking out of his ass.
So incredibly proud of all the SEA boys. Mafia and PiG claiming some big scalps and coming so close to going thru!.. Even the local talent showing some great and close games! And of course Ninja scraping thru by the skin of his teeth! Thank god for Jabito!!
Keen for the games later Ninja Fighting! - You've got all of SEA behind you man, win or lose - we are so proud of all the SEA lads
Cheer for ninja today! He made it to playoffs! Very proud. Having a blast here. Tune in today!!! If you live in SG Come down!
Also, Kaelaris' mother put that screen cap of him on facebook apparently so he says.
Great to see Ninja doing so well. Very great to see such a big event so close to our shores. Shame about DreamHack at the same time. Hope everyone there continues to have a great time!
