It is my privilege to be able to announce the sponsorship for the clan Meta Game Gods (mGG).
mGG began as a small group of BSG practice partners at the beginning of this year and have since grown to have members of all levels from Bronze through to Grandmaster. Competing in both individual and clan war tournaments, mGG has been growing exponentially over the recent months in the StarCraft 2 SEA community. Only a few months after establishing our place as an, ‘In House’ clan on sc2sea, mGG is ready to take on their next big step.
The Community-based clan mGG has begun a partnership with 3 businesses in hopes to help grow E-Sports on SEA. Through this partnership, mGG will be hosting some open community events and tournaments hoping to showcase the best of SEA.
Although mGG will be gaining sponsors, we would like to emphasise that we are a Community-based Clan, not a pro team. The funds gained through this sponsorship will be channelled into helping the community grow.
We are looking forward to this next milestone in our growth and we encourage all members of the SEA community to show your support and appreciation to these businesses. We are seeing this as not only a big leap for us as a clan, but one for E-Sports on SEA as well.
An introduction to our Sponsors:
VroomVroomVroom is not a new name to the SEA E-Sports scene. After hosting a very successful LAN tournament at their offices in Chermside, Brisbane in June of this year, and releasing a very well written blog about businesses involved with E-sports (http://www.vroomvroomvroom.com.au/sc2/why/), VroomVroomVroom have certainly got their name out there in the community. So what is it that VroomVroomVroom do? Well just look at their slogan and see, they compare car rental. With a $0 booking fee and 2 minutes on their site, you will be able to find the cheapest car rental price.

Kudos to Alpha and all the leaders making this a great clan... and this awesome news just makes it even better... so exciting
Also a shoutout to the sponsors. Super thxs for making this all possible.
This is freaking awesome news. Big Shout out to the sponsors because they are non video game based. And awesome work to mGG for organising this. Glad to see SEA E-Sports growing
why the flip are you being sponsored by 'TickTax' makes no sense to me. That being said well done i hope to take part in future mGG community events! Also wondering what you get out of the deal. Nice work guys keep it up!
I'm really excited at the potential here. I know VroomVroomVroom after their Brisbane LAN of course! I love that they are continuing their involvement in the scene. The others, I don't know, but I'm really excited to support them.
In fact, these are two businesses that interest me a lot. I have 2 tax returns due (yeah.. overdue -.-) so TickTax might get a call very soon and at least get my personal tax return business, and I have a bit of a hobby website that runs on the side that brings in change each month, that I would like to expand so Dejan SEO will definitely get an enquiry from me soon too.
Just to reiterate, this sponsorship is for use in the community, it is not going to mGG players. Besides some jerseys for our GMs to wear to LAN events to increase our sponsor's exposure, all other monies will be spent in growing the community and the scene.
And Breadfan, be sure to tell them that mGG reffered you so they can see their dollars at work!! xD.
