after finishing patch 1.4.4, why do i always get this message "There is insufficient space on your hard drive. Please clear some space or select a different drive and try again". i checked my hard disk, and it still have 5 gb of free space. Can anyone help me out?

I'd say blizz wants to move some stuff around and there's not enough room on your drive to do that. Try running disc cleanup and defrag.

No. It means it's gonna reinstall the data for the previous patches also, which allows you to seamlessly switch between versions when watching old replays and stuff. You require 8GB of free space to resolve this.
