Is there any possibility of doing barcraft for the earlier rounds in the future? I for one would definitely come to watch every time if thats the issue. I really need to go out more T_T

Earlier rounds are definitely possible. We figured we would look at the retention rate of these finals (as some events are like first time really successful then the novelty of them disappear over time).

If there is enough interest to do earlier rounds we will.

We have also been looking into other international events such as the Dreamhack that just completed recently and home story cup etc etc. We should be able to finalise some events between GSLs going forward.

I want to aim for one event a month - GSL generally has its finals every twoish months so will try to source events between those times.

Just noticed AVCON is on the weekend of the GSL finals. They normally have their SC2 tourney on the Saturday afternoon so keep that in mind if your looking for an easy win. Come celebrate at the Metro after.

This was last years Top 3 (1st was a trip to the WCG Nationals)

Indeed GSL Semis are tonight starting 6.40pm (we will be setting up from 5.30pm - you can come whatever time if you want to help set up or just chat for a bit)

Also I realised today I have the wrong date up for grand finals. They actually fall on Friday 27th July. Good event promotion derp I will update the banner after tonight when I get home!

Saturday 28th July is actually GSTL finals. Something may be able to be organised for that as Simon and I may be unavailable - we will gauge interest tonight.

Cheers all who came to semis tonight. We tried a new setup on the TVs which is where we eventually will be heading (to the main bar).

It now starts at 7.40? It has to have changed since confirming PvP finals then because I only checked it a week ago and made sure I got the right time when re-negotiating with the venue.

For me to make that many errors just seems absurd - but not out of the question I have been pretty under the pump so I may have derped out.

Thank you for the pick up! There is no need to come before the start of the event. I will update the banner once again (sigh) once I get home!

Lol although could be taken as a hindrance for this decision it's great to see there is interest in GSTL. Like I said in previous posts after this season assuming our tests continue and prove positive we will be able to break out of the time and capacity restrictions and open ourselves up to a lot more barcraft event opportunities, including GSTL
