Tournament Schedule
Date: 15th January, Saturday (expected to run 5-6 hours until finals)

Time:
7:00pm Sydney
4:00pm Singapore
9:00pm New Zealand

Prize
1st prize: $50

Rules
1) nGenMaSteR is the head admin and his decision is final. Rules may be changed by demand by the head admin.
2) Sixteen (16) slots are reserved exclusively for nGen clan members. If there are less than 16 nGen players that show up, there will be slots open for other nGen members.
3) Sixteen (16) invite slots are available for non-nGen members. Players who sign-up will be chosen by the head admin to join the tournament.

Format

1st Round – League (Group Stages)

Round Info:
1) There will be 8 groups with 4 players each; each group will have 2 nGen members and two invited players.
2) Race will be evenly distributed between each group as much as possible, to avoid having 1 group with all the same race.
3) Matches will be best-of-one, round robin.
4) In case of a 3-way tie, players will have to play rematch games to determine the winner.
5) Two players from each group will advance to tournament finals.

2nd Round – Tournament

Round Info:
1) The 16 players who advance from the group stages will be seeded into a single-elimination bracket.
2) Round of 16 is best-of-one; Round of 8 and 4 are best-of-three and Grand Finals will be best-of-five.
3) Map pool: Xel’Naga Caverns, Metalopolis, Shakuras Plateau. At the beginning of the match, each player vetoes one map to decide the 1st map. After the first game, it will be loser’s pick. Maps can be played more than once.
