[SEA] sc2sea.com Community Open #1 - $10USD Bounty

sc2sea.com (a sc2 community site for the SEA players!) is proud to present the sc2sea.com Community Open #1, the first of many planned community funded tournaments!

Time
Friday, 3rd December 2010, Signups will begin at 5pm (+8GMT), Matches will start by 7pm (+8 GMT)
Format
1v1, Single Elimination, 32 participants, registration on a first come first served basis. Look out for the signup thread on sc2sea.com, links should be posted on the main page directly before the event starts to prevent no shows. RO 32/16/8 will be BO1s, Semis and Finals will be BO3s!
Who
Anyone and everyone who has a SEA Bnet account is welcome to sign up! All you need is a registered account with your Bnet ID (name.###) as well as the race that you will be playing posted on your profile on sc2sea.com!
Prize
$10 USD to the winner (you will need a paypal account)!
Stream
Selected games will be streamed on
www.ustream.tv/channel/mezzastarcraft
Replays
Replays from the RO8 onwards will have to be submitted
It is the winner's responsiblity to email all the replays to me before the next round starts as well as to report the match scoreline to mezzastarcraft@gmail.com
Please include the following as the mail subject "sc2sea.com Community Open #1 xxx vs yyy"
Please include the final score in the body of the mail, 2-1/2-0
Replays should be named according to this format
player1.xxx player2.xxx game 1 (eg. mezza.445 azzem.544 game 1)
player1.xxx player2.xxx game 2
player1.xxx player2.xxx game 3 (if any)
Please do not redistribute the replays.
Map Pool
The first map in each 1v1 matchup will be one of the following 3.
1. Xel'Naga Caverns
2. Metalopolis
3. Lost Temple
The higher placed on the brackets according to randomly generated brackets will start by banning one map first. The second player then gets to choose which of the remaining two maps he/she would like to play on. Subsequent map selection will be by loser's pick. The map pool will be all the maps in the official Battle.net ladder map pool
Disconnects
Disconnects at >3 mins according to game time are counted as losses unless both players agree to replay the match. Semis and Finals disconnects may be requested by an admin for a replay after review.
Other House Rules
Bug exploits, hacks, cheats, etc. will grant you an instant disqualification.
You must allow all event organizers/casters/official staff (official mods will be all the sc2sea moderators/admins: Mezza, Tourniquet, Sizematters, nirvAna, etc. as well as any other streamers, which will be confirmed at a later date) entry to your games as spectators/referees upon request.

remember to update your profile and have your "bnetID.###" posted in your profile such that it shows up on the top right hand side of the box everytime you post, or on your profile page.
