This weekend is the ACL and GLC at the gold coast!
now i know you are all excited !
I want to know what you are expecting of the convention and of the tournament in general.
And also what you are also looking forward to at the convention!

I'll be there and I think I'm dragging my girlfriend along for one of the days.
I'm hoping it'll be an awesome event and really set the ball rolling for SC2 as a premier ACL sport.

Looking forward to catching up with all the boys that I met and partied with during WCG when I wasn't even a player. :P Also meeting all the players that I've talked to online but haven't met yet, and partying with them too.

Also, can't forget, looking forward to performing well in the open bracket and confirming Dox's prediction of me making it through to the Pro bracket!

So keen to meet people from the scene... I was at EB Games expo just as a punter and ended up spending most of my time watching the SC2 games.

At ACL I'm gonna get thrashed in the open bracket, but it will be a fun experience and at least this time I will at least have some form of semi legitimate reason to hover over everyone's shoulder :P

me and my brother are heading down to the coast for the weekend for the event. first thing like it that ill have gone to so im super excited.

just thinking we should all get "hi my name is" name tags with our handles on them :P just for shiz and giggles

would normal ipod headphones work, or should i bring my whole head set? my head set doesnt usually play the sound off the comp, just the voice of who ever im chatting with but that might just be cause im using a mac?
