I really can't decide which one to play.

Protoss feels like home country. I feel very comfortable while playing it, but it just feels so boring and it just isn't my play style. It just feels like there is limit to Protoss race itself while applying my play style. I love forcefields though.

Terran feels like another country. I feel somewhat comfortable, but it's very exciting to play and they have a lot of harass options and they are the ones who are usually on the offensive; which I like. Terran army looks sexier and a lot sturdier than when I'm looking at Protoss army. I love marine splitting.

In Brood War, PvT at least, Protoss was the one who was on the offensive side pretty much, but now...
I want to be Protoss, because I love high technology stuff, but it is so different to brood war now terran seems like sc1 protoss

I don't know >.< I just can't decide which one to play. Has been considering since April

You hate Zerg? How much you played with them? They are a lot of fun once you get into them. is a good choice because then you get to play all the different styles. Of course it means you won't be excellent at any of them.

Also, Zerg is awesome.

You are talking about one matchup if you think about it. As bad as PvP is to most, you are aggressive and have to be smart with your 'technology', and vs. zerg you can pick from a wide range of styles, and there are plenty of cool builds and tricks. PvT i admit does seem a bit weird and has swapped from Brood War, but Terran in SC1 had vultures, use warp prism + zealots to harass like that, or try out weird timings and just see how they work. You may get a few extra losses, but find fun things you can abuse Terran with to make it feel less like a turtle style. Just my 2cents

terrans have marauders, stim, cloaked banshees, ravens, battlecruisers, buildings that can fly, MULEs (oh god the MULE) and plentary fortresses that never die

just use whatever you are comfortable with. If you dont feel comfortable or feel "limited" playing a certain race, it takes half the fun away from the game we all love

If you feel limited and bored playing Protoss, try new, wonky builds you've never done before to add the extra fun

Protoss is really fun to play. But it gets hard as you get up into higher levels. Terran, if you can get the foundations done correctly, it will be one of the strong races because it does require a good level between macro and micro. I think you should give Protoss a shot, but I hate playing PvPs.... TvT's I'd say are a bit painful to play in but it's okay if you are playing with an opponent that goes out of the ordinary marine siege viking into air or ground

I play terran, but for a time I switched to protoss and it felt ok. Then after a couple months I played a game of terran and it just felt so comfortable to me. Even though I did bad and lost, I knew that terran was my best race as it was the one I enjoyed playing the most and which felt most comfortable to me. I suggest you try both out, and whichever you feel most comfortable playing, stick with that.

if you have around the same MMR with both races, choose whatever you feel like before you search for a game. if not, maybe you can use your NA account for the other race, or use the account of a friend who doesn't play anymore.

also i want to point out that this is a game, so just play for fun!

nothing is more satisfying than sniping all HTs and nuking their 4th while in a team fight

I'll recommend what I have recommended to a few other players in your situation (with good success). Simply play both. Go game for game or 2 Protoss, 2 Terran etc. You will naturally gravitate to one race over time, as is the human way.

If you dont? Then great! Continue being a player with and expanded options (and a baller imo).
