My little 2 bedroom pad down in Kogarah (south of Sydney, 20-30 min trip by train to CBD, 20 min by car and 5-10 min walk from shops, buses and trains) is losing a housemate in the next month.

So I need to find a replacement. Place is clean, everything works, I've got a dryer and washing machine, fridge, there's a dishwasher, plenty of room - just needs someone to fill it!
