Zerocraft aka Herocraft 2.0

With SEACL #2 just around the corner a new team emerges Zerocraft or Herocraft 2.0 (name pending thanks to Scarecrow for the suggestion), is looking to field a team of champion BSG players who find themselves without a clan or currently in a clan that will not be entering a team in the BSG division, Essentially this will be the "Clanless" team of SEACL #2.

To submit your application respond with your sc2 id and number, race and league as well as any fun facts/ achievements.

Diamond on NA.. with zerg... after 5 wins in 5 placement games.. yet I'm getting owned and will drop to Plat soon.

However, Lets all have a look at Synzita's Match history on NA - 50+ 2 second losses, down to Bronze league.... Then a shit ton of 2 second wins. Drop hacks?... Portrait farming bot? what ever it is Syn, I don't think your the right person to be pointing the finger - so shut the **** up, son.

I was supposed to play for Fade last season but with the number of people playing for them and soooo many zergs I never really got my chance after waiting/watching for like 3 weeks. Then the week I was suppose to open for them I wasnt able to make it.

yeah ZeroCraft line up looks beastly.. I can see this team dominating Tier 4 very easily. Tier 3, you'll do well.. Depends do you want to play better people and improve more - or just win Tier 4 again?.. Good to see Maz getting onto the team this time!!

Yeah we are sorting out our PD and BSGP teams out at the moment. When that's done I'll post the list of players here.

On a sheer numbers basis we probably do have enough for 2 teams. but that would mean that approximately 80% of the members of both teams would need to turn up each week to avoid walkovers. while that isnt a problem for me - we would need to get assurances from all members of both teams they would attend each week - walkover are what will kill this format.

Games last night were really good - i played 2 vs FadeZero and 1 vs Mazei. Although i lost all three, I got in really good positions in two of them. And to be honest, I learned something from all three.

Thanks for the games guys, good learning experience for all. Anyone else want to share their games last night?

Eski helped a fair bit and got me to tighten a few of my build and helped me with some mid game building orders (and gas timings), and it was greating having a diamond player that was actually willing to watch and help.

We should look to give those guys a go who havent played yet - Antelope and EvilSWAT. I spoke to avenger and novacaine maybe 8 days ago, they said they would "read my email and consider whether they would play". Evilswat was doing military service but i think that has now finished. so as far as i can see, our current active roster is as follows:-

DoT (PiG's GF) is now on our team shes a low silver

player but maybe this is a chance for her? she mentioned she wants a couple weeks to get settled, Ive also picked up a Plat Protoss beTasso (sp?) to make up for Cheekyduck being inactive due to a new job so thatll help with our Ace options having four or so guys to slot in (although all 6 that have played have shown they are capable)

so... just to give some background of myself and esp. my abilities to play this lovely game:

1. I bought the game while PiG was in China IEM
2. Only played computers until January 1st this year when I plucked up the courage and did my placement matches, placing Silver (with PiG's help)
3. I have played a total of 15 games on ladder and won 5
4. PiG thinks I have fairly good mechanics, but I KNOW I have no understanding

With this in mind it's fair to say I'm a complete NOOB. I want to be part of a fun team but I think I should play a few more games before I proudly wear the Zerocraft badge. Until then! Go Zerocraft!
