Ok Terrans orbital command energy is going up to 1000 instead of 200 and is generating around 50 energy every 10 seconds leading to insane amount of muleage/scans.

This came out of a few friendly customs so I don't think it's a hack cuz the match didn't really mean anything. Zerg is GM Terran is Diamond.
