Team Carbon Pressure	How do we define TCP? Diamonds are made out of Carbon – highly organized carbon, that is. When the pure carbon is put under enough pressure and heat, it will crystallize into the hardest material known as Diamond. There is no guarantee that the carbon atoms will turn into diamonds. I am an sc2 player who lives in thailand. i got myself from bronze league all the way to top 8 in gold league in both NA and SEA servers. The thing is i have no practice partners and no clan to help me improve my play and discuss/better understand game nuances. I feel with the help of a clan i will be able to get myself into platinum and possibly even higher. i took a 3 year break from gaming where i use to be a w3 player. trying to get back in the grove of things. so any clans willing to take a gold league player whos willing to put in the time to improve and has the potential to be much higher with a bit of know how, i am that player!!

Hi

I am a bronze player looking for a clan to try and improve. I live in Perth and only really play in the evenings (8pm +), so would be keen to join a clan with players on a similar timezone/ play at a similar time to me. I am online most nights and usually end up doing pugs on XNC and getting my ass kicked by higher level players. I don't know why i have an aversion to laddering and playing at my own level but maybe after a while i will do this (being saying this a while though!). I like the social side of online games too, so being around friendly/ chatty people would be great as well. That said, I would like to believe that at some point i will progress to actually being good at this game, and so would like to be around serious people as well.

Bio: Hey guys I'm a 21 year old Mechatronic Engineering student studying at the University of Wollongong. Starcraft 2 is my first RTS, and it look me a lot of patience and effort to get my head around how the strategy works. I'm currently in Master league and looking for some guys who I can practise strategies with so I can improve my overall game skill.

But being in a clan isn't all just about practise. You have to get along with your team mates and respect other players. I think I'm a pretty easy going guy and I like messing around with fun builds with mates, as well as doing 2v2s etc, but also respect my colleagues and friends. Thanks everyone who considers me.

hay guys think you should look at clans and post on there pages for a clan you think is appropriate to your level. as to the op myth is in crux now and has been for a while :P he has improved greatly and he approached me about it so i think if you want to get into a clan go have a look and write to them

im head of crux and we will take masters players who feel like training hard to improve there skill the rest is on the group page so i don't have to rewrite. but just looking above Frost reminds me excatly of myself in first rts and id suggest watching day9s mechanics vod since that improved my game to a whole new level. this has probably been said before but i felt like giving my 2 cents

goals = i hope to be a decent sc2 player, and be part of a community willing to make a gamble, im currently in silver right now, but i think i have the potential to be better, atleast dia, (thats me thinking outload)

hours = i play every morning 730-1030am, depending on the mood, or 330-530pm, SGT, actually i try to play alot, but alot of my games end up in the 30min range, so its quite long,

as for a team crux is looking for a zerg player and we are nz based. we are a masters clan that are just breaking into gm now and we play on na and sea as we have a variety of players if you feel like checking us out we are under the clan tab and our chat channel is simply crux on both servers or pm me when im on (wnt be on this weekend as i have a mate i havnt seen in 3 years over from perth) but im in chch nz so am on at about 7-2 each night

If you join the chat channel 'Clan Fade,' you'll also be able to find like-minded people who will have a few practise games with you

As for the current recruiting status of FaDe, I can't speak on behalf of our leaders but it would be nice to have a couple more master leaguers to practise with, *hint hint*. Sometimes Meatex and EveTS run trials in the 'Clan Fade' channel, so if you hang around long enough you might get one

not quite, but theres a ton of guys in plat and diamond, are usually pretty willing to help with trying to coach or also for practice, so it turns out to be the samething essentially, just gota ask in the in-game chat channel for someone to help is all.

To get yourself from bronze to say, plat/diamond you won't need coaching or a dedicated practice shedule. 90% of that process is just mechanics, basic scouting, and having a solid game plan in each matchup.

The ToR channel is pretty busy lately, and there are plenty of plat or so players willing to beat up on you/obs a few games or replays and give some advice. And as Stallion said, there's a few of the masters guys from crux who are offering a bit of time to help out us ToR noobs (I just spent most of last night getting owned by some of them...

). So even if you don't want to join, just come idle in the chat channel for a bit...

Bio: I'm passionate about Starcraft 2 as an eSport. Lately I've been watching more than I've been playing due to working very long hours. But my situation at work has changed so I'm now in a position to put a lot more hours into Starcraft on a regular basis. I follow Starcraft 2 at the elite level pretty closely, and as such I have a good knowledge of the game. Now that I'm going to start laddering pretty hard again, I'm going to try and put a lot of that knowledge into improving my game.

I've done some laddering on the SEA server the last few days and I'm winning games quite easily, so I'd say high Gold or low Plat is probably a more accurate indication of where my game is at as a whole.

Goals & Bio: Skills are currently getting better due to frequent laddering in result progressing through leagues at a fast pace and currently MMR is already platinum so gold days are short coming. So in general my goals in looking for a clan is for me to improve further with team members, gather a larger friend basis to play games with frequently; hopefully sharing what some pointers I know, and predominantly participate in tournaments/clan wars and get my name out there a bit. As with the current race I'm playing it changes now and then but right now I have chosen random because I can play all three races fairly well but if I was to say my races in order it would go Protoss>Zerg>Terran.

Hey guys,

Just feel that practise partners are hard to find these days, so I wouldn't mind finding a clan to practise with.

Goals and availability: I just got to diamond, so just want to work on becoming a better player. I normally play on average 2 hours per night between 9pm-12 midnight, sometimes more, sometimes less. But that's about average.

Stats: sirhcle.668, Diamond on SEA and NA, Zerg, Australia - Melbourne.

Bio: I'm 24 and doing a PhD, so fairly busy during the day. I also work part-time as a cafe barista... so I do work some nights, but always come home for some intense 1v1 ladder sessions. I'm a social person, and always hang out with friends or try to meet new people. I've got my life pretty well-balanced. I'm fairly new to SC2 (It's my first competitive RTS), and come from an FPS background where I played competitvely at a high level for roughly 5 years (origionally with cs then moved to cod in 2009). I work incredibly well in a team environment, at both a player and adminstrator role (I still help manage a Emphatic Gaming, see cybergamer for details), and tend to pick up on things really quickly. Used to play SC1 for many years - but not so much multiplayer on battlenet in those days, more just LAN with freinds. Got SC2 as soon as released, missed out on beta.

I Was formerly known as PoisoN - Reaching a high of rank #119 in SEA GM. Now that I have been inactive for a while I have not been as good but i want to improve to get better than where I was before. Hello everyone! I'm from Singapore, 19 years old, currently serving National Service. I've been playing Starcraft II since release. Starcraft II is my FIRST ever RTS game and needless to say I was placed into bronze league ( no extra thanks to dc-ing twice out of 5 placements matches due to unstable connection from fuxhub ). Within 4 days I was placed into Platinum league and within 2 weeks, into diamond league. Within that month, I would be constantly placed in the top 100-300 of SEA.. of course until I got busy with A-levels and became inactive for some months.

After that, I never really got to play much because I enlisted in the SAF and began serving National Service. Since then, I've been playing on and off like playing for 2 weeks then getting bored because I'm kinda lonely playing SC II all alone

. I don't have friends who are that into gaming and even if they are, they're almost always not of Masters standard or above:\. From release till date, I've not even played over 500 games of 1v1, be it custom or ladder, but I am able still constantly place in high masters despite lack of training.

Being done with a short introduction of my "RTS career" so far, I'm currently looking for a clan with Masters/GMs which I can train with often. I'm a matured individual with a high aim of becoming one of SEA's top players (if possible during my NS period), or after my NS if I'm not up to the cut. During practise/gameplay, I would also love to receive constructive criticisms of my play so that I can improve faster. I can't promise to be very active or helpful to the clan, but I'll try my very best to be an awesome addition to any clan that can take me in during this period of 'hardship' (NS and being lonely in SC II:P).

I hope the wall of text above is read-able as I do have burning passion for this game (therefore my excitement to type non-stop). Thank you for reading and I do hope to find a home soon

In a nut shell I am keen as hell to get into a clan.

I could tell you all my life goal is to become a pro-gamer and travel to Korea and live the dream but that just aint going to happen. In reality my goals are to get much better at SC2 and at the same time have some fun while doing it.

I currently play pretty casual, up to 2 hrs most weekdays and 4 - 5 hrs on weekends (20hrs / week). This issue is I just tend to ladder and it really isnt the best environment to learn.

As for a little background I am a fully qualified engineer so have a few brain cells up top. I live in Qld, Australia and was first introduced to a little game called SC1 which has had me hooked ever since. I didnt get into competitive play until SC2 and admit that it is bloody additive. I am an avid follower of Blizzard (love Diablo Series) and will probably play their games til the day I die. I have always played toss and will probably never change.

i've been playing sc2 since the day it got released. Wouldn't say i had much of an RTS career but have been playing Dota the past few years b4 sc2 so i do know the basics of hotkeying and grouping.

Maybe write a little about yourself and what you have to offer? Clans are interested in recruiting people who have goals and who can play regularly. Some of the clan application posts in this thread are quite comprehensive, maybe you can use one as a template

Hi hi, I'm Sol, im 23 from Sydney Australia. I have been playing SC2 casually since the beta, which is my first RTS, although for the year leading up to SC2s release I got really into watching broodwar.
I play mostly on the Americas server but try to keep my bonus pool down on SEA too. I am currently rank 2 and 4 Diamond and have been in diamond league on both servers for 2 seasons before this one. I had trouble finding motivation to break into Masters but I recently lost my job and with my new found free time I have found the energy and time to play for 3-4 hours a day and have improved immensely.
'm a macro orientated player. My favorite unit is the Mutalisk and my favorite players are Nestea and Idra. I believe in a god, his name is BoxeR.

I want to find a clan/team where I can focus on playing to get better with people who are like minded and play some epic macro games (which are hard to come across on ladder). I feel playing with people I can review and discuss games with will also help motivate me to play more and improve faster.

My goals are to become good enough to compete at the highest level in local tournaments, the SEA scene and eventually at a world class level. Also I am an old RL friend of xGking Mafia and I'm jealous of his skills, I need to be better.

About myself: competitive gamer, competing in quake since 2001 and the type of gamer to dabble in things but mostly stick to two games, which just happen to be Starcraft(currently sc2) and quake(currently quakelive)

Well mannered and fairly experienced at all that is online gaming. I have helped many quake players but have never been a high level Starcraft player, which I'm hoping to change.
I'm currently learning just through laddering which seems a little slow because i cant just practice PvZ or PvT over and over, I feel my PvP is far ahead of the other two match-ups.

I'm looking for a team to take me under their guidance in order for me to improve greatly. I recently had a break from playing starcraft to focus on other things but now I'm back and ready to give it my best. Before taking my break i captained a team in the BSGCL under the name of Team Envy unfortuantley it fell apart when i left.

I was recently promoted to Silver and I will be hoping to achieve diamond within a year. I'm willing to put in 4 + hours a night into starcraft in order to improve.

I am 26 year old playing from Vietnam, and also have account on EU and of course NA. But my connection from vietnam is not always smooth and make it unplayble on those servers sometimes, even though i am using VPN.

I am looking for some partners to do custom games to improve my play. But since the database doesnt look very effective, i am willing to find a clan/team to help and play with others. Hi, I'm currently Rank 1 Diamond on SEA server (not division, server) according to SC2ranks, and am looking for a team where I can practice to become a better player

I currently play around 20 ladder games a day, and I wish to by joining a team, I can work on my strategy and learning other races.

Starcraft 2 is my first strategy game I've ever played. I started playing on August last year, when soon later was demotivated to play the game as I was placed into bronze.

I only started to play seriously recently (after exam), where I started watching my own replays, others replays and study them.

TLDR
Season 1: Bronze
Season 2: Gold
Season 3: Diamond
Season 4 (currently): Most definitely masters

My favourite strategy for all match-up is to use infestors into my play (inspired by Destiny).
Many times I made battles between a 200 Protoss deathball cost efficient with my 200 army.
I don't believe the zerg race should be a race where we throw units away to trade, I'm working hard on it to make it as strong and cost efficient as I can.

I'd like to be welcomed by a team where I can train at my level and higher at quite often times.

hi i am new to the sea community and would like to join a clan focusing on improving game play. I live in aus. I am currently a Terran in masters on both us and sea in the top 8, my mmr on us is around rank 10-20is, and got paired with some grandmasters previously when i played on sea. I currently play around 10-15 hours a week but plan to play more as i am now on uni break but can not get enough motivation to grind it out. I watch a lot of competitive starcraft and streams (mainly gsl but also mlgs, dh, iem etc) and visit TL on a daily basis. With a new clan, i hope to improve with other players and meet more players in the sea region. my ign is shoodyo and my character code is 420.
