Pretty trivial question, but which music do you prefer? I can't help but love the protoss music, it sets the mood for me so much more than the other races for some reason.

Even though I'm a protoss player Terran has the best music in my opinion.

I play the vast majority of computer games with music turned off. Especially starcraft.

Having said that... Terran music is my favourite, because I play guitar.

i loved warcraft2 music the most of all the blizzard games. for sc2 after the initial beta testing i turned the music off and play some stuff on youtube/ online radio when i want to listen music. i think the sc2 music is okay just gets boring after listening to it over and over again.

Didn't read all the posts, but did you guys know about the SC1 'Secret' Zerg music?
I can't remember what code you typed but one of the cheats plays this special Zerg soundtrack which is some remix /rap Zerg song

It went something like 'Serve the hive... Lose control...' etcetc.

Yeah I know it, the code is: radio free zerg haha it's way dated dance music with the overmind singing.

I love brood war music. Terran music was just amazing. Catchy, iconic, was just quality. Zerg music was very heavy and got you in the mood to play zerg. I was also a weird one who loved protoss music. I would play protoss music on itunes as i played zerg (because my iccup download didn't come with ingame music.) It was so relaxing, and calming. Since i have a fondness for that music, i probably liked protoss more but yeh. They were all good.

SC2 they all do well, but terran is the best by far.

I don't even remember the other races music in BW or SC2 apart from Terran anymore.

I sometimes listen to Terran music while playing Zerg (as well as my own).

I like the Protoss stuff. Its kinda similar to what I put on the background anyway. Pretty much dislike the Zerg music unfortunately.

But in the background I play a lot of instrumental sort of stuff through iTunes. Kashiwa Daisuke is fantastic! So is Nujables. (Got them both from Destiny :P )

I honestly can't remember much other than the main Terran themes. I usually don't notice the music at all.

Terran broodwar is pretty much synonymous with starcraft for me, though the zerg music is very very good too.

terran in sc2 is okay, and pretty much trumps the other two. Protoss music is almost non existent,it was marginally better in brood war. I mostly play my own music when I ladder though, preferrably trance, even though I'm a metal guy. It increases my apm by about 2x.

i despise the zerg music, it's really boring and repetitive. I would much prefer listening to the protoss and terran music while i play, they are much better imo :P

I play as Zerg but the Zerg music is all screechy and unpleasant. Terran music is my favourite although I don't mind Protoss too much either.

I mute the Sc2 music and listen to the BroodWar soundtrack on repeat while playing usually, so much better! If I had to choose from Sc2 it'd be Terran, like most other people I guess!
