I did notice this as well but I think the main reason deth and I played off stage was because that bracket was really behind, I didn't play miles for quite a while then deth vs me was pretty delayed too.
Confirmation:
Confirmation for Plantronics ACL Melbourne opens Friday the 2nd of August and at this time you must return to the Registration form and confirm your intention to attend the event by pressing the confirm button, confirming your details and team lineup, as well as agreeing to the rules and terms and conditions of the event. Confirmation closes on Wednesday the 7th of August.
For those of you who haven't realised confirmation is now up. This is a requirement and is used to ensure those who registered are still attending. Yes for a lot of people it is redundant but it makes a difference to our preparation so please ensure you confirm your registration.
NOTE When you confirm your name may be taken off the registered players list. This is a bug with the system and does not affect your registration. If you have a concern please contact me!
not sure if there will be but we were able to get majority of the peeps into the after party at Brisbane LAN, but everyone left due to the need to eat. So that needs to be taken into consideration. Avcon after party was awesome as it was at a thai restaurant, everyone paid $20 for food and they just kept bringing it out and people paid for their own drinks... not sure how viable that would be in melbourne but its a good example nonetheless
Cool Cool. Not sure if that would work so much this time, as probably more sc2 people going than Avcon.
Plus La Trobe University isn't really near anything. Have to drive to get food. And a fair distance to the city.
That's why i was just wondering if ACL had organised something, so everyone ends up same place, rather than people go off and do their own thing.

I don't know about Sunday night as I'm a slave to the man and need to be back at work on Monday morning.
Regarding Saturday night though, I'm hoping to car pool with a few guys to enjoy a quiet beverage or two at the Barcraft in the city. Looks like it's 20-30 minutes drive, and if you share a full cab with a bunch of fellas it wouldn't be very expensive at all!
There will be no official after party as La Trobe University doesn't really have much going around it. We definitely welcome those who are keen to catch a cab to the Melbourne BarCraft. It may even be worth somebody championing it and ordering a bus if enough people are interested but this is not something ACL will manage.
We will attempt to arrange something for Sydney and have noted the valid feedback from Rossi and a few others.
Wanna double check if im confirmed please, not on list
when you confirm you get removed from the list due to a bug. See Baldies response in the thread:

BarCraft Melbourne: We usually order in food (Pizza/Asian) and can do a couple of runs if needed (there is no kitchen at Paloma) - Just need to pay for your share
Quick Note: We will be showing KR Finals from 6pm AND EU Finals action from 10pm as well.
Registration for Open Bracket closes at 10am on Saturday 10th August.
I will have a spreadsheet with those who have paid and those who haven't. Please come ready with your money upon arrival.
In regards to pro players I want you on site no later than midday. A complete schedule of events will be released shortly.
The process will be very similar to that of ACL Brisbane where you will be required to rank in order of preference the group you will go into should you qualify through open bracket (for example B, C, A, D)
FUUUUUUU, I even set an alarm last Friday to remind myself and everything, but.... still... forgot... Too late to confirm? And does that mean anything if i was just hoping to attend Open Bracket? I already registered.
