I'll take a look through Skype tonight and ensure all the previous teams who participated in the BSGCL series (two seasons) are signed up / signing up if they wish too...
3 teams in that area of skill seems a bit lax considering the numbers we had for those seasons =(

Interesting format for the SEACC, I can see your idea behind it, to allow teams to play as much as possible (hence only bringing in the 'big guns' of Premier League in Week 4)
But this will also result in an awkward 5 teams left after Week 5, as you've pointed out.
So how about another format:
(To keep things simple to type, I'll label the different Tiers as A, B, C, D, E, with A being the Premier League and E being the BSG league)
This is assuming we restrict signups for C, D and E to 8 teams each (which from the looks of it seems to be the case anyway)
Week 1 - D vs E in Ro16 knockout format, until 4 teams are left.
8 + 4 = 12 games
Week 2 - 4 winning teams + ABC = 32 teams, Ro32 knockout format (16 games)
Week 3 - Ro16 (8 games)
Week 4 - Ro8 (4 games)
Week 5 - Ro4 (2 games) + Finals
Hrmmm.. yeah I think the sign up period is a bit short and badly timed... No Offence but it can be seen in the BSG (Casual gamer level). They are on holidays, give them two weeks into the new year before starting all this!!... But pretty sure we will see teams from VB, QED, TCP and others shortly.
Format: Going to seed it so you don't get GM Teams playing BSG teams in Week 1. So it would probably look like this.
Week 1: SC2SEA League 2 Teams vs SC2SEA League 1 Teams (10 matches total)
Week 2: SC2SEA Championship B Teams vs Winner of Week 1 Match (10 matches total)
Week 3: SC2SEA Championship A Teams vs Winner of Week 2 Match (10 matches total)
Week 4: SC2SEA Primer League Teams vs Winner of Week 3 Match (10 matches total)
The top 10 Teams are determined.
An idea for avoiding 5 teams left issue:
If timed correctly, at the conclusion of "week 4" the league tables for the round-robin tournaments could be more or less determined. As a further incentive for finishing high in leagues could be using that for seeding, so that of the remaining 10 teams, the top 2 teams (ordered by league then ranking) get seeded into semi-finals.
Thus:
- Ro8 (#3-10, random seeding)
- 4 Winners play Ro4
- 2 Winners play #1,#2
- 2 Winners play Finals
you might wanna talk to us before just taking indy like that...
*update*
indy isn't part of inFi anymore so i guess you guys could just take him. Even though I still feel that it's stupid because you just take people who aren't even on your team into your roster. So I'm allowed to take people who aren't in inFi to play for us? If so, I'm going to add a lot of people on to the roster and play.

SQLxG has demerged with SQLT players SenSei and Yang joining TA's tier 1 team and inFeza joining TA's tier 2 team. Ninja will be joining aLt and I'm unsure of which team/clan HuT will be joining.

Too bad was looking forward to that team but I suppose they can play with their original clans at least
Instead of merging with Xeria, SQL will not be represented in the SEACL, instead our players will go to their respected clans.
Yang / Sensei to TA
Ninja to aLt
HuT was from nGen and is probably wanting to be picked up but i haven't heard from him. Contact him if you're interested.
Note that as a guideline, the minimum number of players for teams Tier2-4 would be 8. This is to prevent teams from having walkovers (for e.g 5 player teams must be present 100% every week which is hard) and lead to withdraws halfway throughout the league and creating complications.
Please only sign your team up if you are 100% sure you will be committed and stick to the end.
