Because people like tgun, pokerface, Ninja and HuT etc all have better results in ESL Cups, SC2SEA CO's, Masters Cups, other LANs etc

I do it based on ladder rank, activity, and recent results, Riichard is tied for 8th most successful person at City Hunter LANs by coming 3rd in a tournament 12 months ago, its hardly relevant today as much as I the guy otherwise you have guys like Incontrol who end up forever in the championship group stage purely because he came 4th in the 1st tournament lol

AgoricalTOT replaced by Oracle (could have been the actual name seeing how I couldnt dinf him originally

SayfT goes into group 1 and TAriichard into Group 7 to even things out

xGKingLight replaces oGrNsCo (both high Protoss GM so fairly even sub)
