Hi everyone my name is AscillA and I'm a gold level zerg player from Singapore, I play on both NA and SEA server (mostly NA). After some time spent lurking I finally decided to step out and make my first post. Some of you may recognize me from twitch chats recently. I've played SC2 since 2010 but I've only gotten more serious about it in the past year or so.

I'm looking to become closer to the SEA community and also to have fun with you guys! Maybe some time in the near future I will be joining a house clan and actively participating in tournaments. My aim is to get better at this unforgiving game (hopefully diamond by this year) and any help from the community is greatly appreciated ^^.

Hey guys!

I've been a member for a couple of months now but never posted anything..
Figured I'd try to get my self out there by posting.

I'm a streamer, been doing it for a few months now. Protoss player, former Gold (now Silver)
I try to stream on a reg basis

I have a terribly Internet connection... but it serves me well....
But yes! I hope to get better at the game and hopefully the site can help me achieve that!

Hello SC2SEA! I am a zerg from Adelaide, Australia! I am very glad to be posting in this forum. I played sc1 as a youngin and have been playing sc2 on off for about 3-4 years! I have graduated to Silver recently, but still bronze at heart!

Hi folks - my name is Magnate.
I'm interested in getting some views on establishing a 'local' competitive SC2 leagues with a slight difference. The league would be only open to people in a specific geography (eg. a State), and would be structured similar to a social sporting competition. This means it would have a set roster over the course of 3-4 months, with weekly matches played at set times on scheduled days.
The ladder would readjust weekly based on the win/loss, and there would be a scheduled finals season over a few weeks with quarter, semi and grand finals.

The idea is to create a competition that works for those of us that are not pro-gamers and therefore can't devote a weekend or full day to playing a comp or LAN, but rather, could dedicate a couple of hours each week to a scheduled game that we could plan into our work/family schedules.

To keep it interesting, there would be a prize for the winners each season and a small weekly fee to play - the same as a social sporting competition. If it works, it may evolve into an occasional local event, but that would depend on interest.

Hey guys!

Just moved over to Wellington, New Zealand from California, and looking to get back into SC2. I'm currently working on a PhD, so my play time is rather limited, but I find it's much more fun with other people rather than just laddering.

I haven't played in quite a while, and keep alternating between playing Zerg and Terran, so my builds are rather non-existent. I usually just wing it :-)

Looking for a fun community and some sparring partners around my level (silver league).

Hey Everyone!

My name is Stacey and I am from Western Australia! I love gaming but have only really gotten into it in the last couple of years. I played Starcraft a lot while I lived in Thailand and loved it to death. Since coming back to Australia I have expanded my gaming views and became obsessed with Dota and anime so all my spare time is used up! My boyfriend and I built a pretty beast computer for me which we are hoping to upgrade after our next trip to Thailand!
I want to get back into Starcraft as my friend has suggested starting a club in our home town! Unfortunately we don't know many people who play Starcraft in Geraldton so we are trying to find other people to join us.
I love watching Day9 and Husky, they are just awesome casters/teachers.

Hello all, I registered to this site today. My name is Kieran, I am a 19 year old gamer (20 in december) I am moving around a lot and situated in Perth at the moment, though this could change, I work as a pick packer and I am within an organisation that is busy around several parts, since I am young they have me on and off planes around the country, it's a nice job.

Onto Starcraft 2, a few mates of mine discussed with me about joining the game Starcraft 2 back in November of last year, I was reluctant at that time as I did move around a lot. However I decided with the trips be less frequent, I'll give it a go, I did a lot of my gameplay on a friends account and have now jsut bought my own.

I am looking to play Terran as from what I have seen it requires a high deal of skill, with that said I am looking to play the mech style, I saw the Reality vs Jaedong game and mech seems to be very powerful and I have always loved to play a race with nice defensive capabilities.

I found this site by searching for Australian based groups and organisations on google and decided to join up, if anyone would like to help me expand my abilities within the game feel free to add my skype: urabosssc2 I don't use a mic because the housing areas I am in are usually industrial and very loud.

My league I'd say is bronze as I never owned the game before. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you

I recently got back into Starcraft out of a sense of nostalgia (last time I played the original Brood Wars was years ago), and have found I'm having a blast with it. I figured I'd pop in and say hello to other folks who find the game fun, and hopefully at some point get some 2v2 or 4v4 fun in..

I'm currently a bronze level newbie, but am having a lot of fun with Zerg.

Hi everyone, I'm Haiji. I've been playing SC2 for a while now and I'm an active member of the Sydney Collegiate StarCraft society. Nice to meet you all, and I'm looking forward to become part of the community. I want to get better at the game and get into the competitive scene, and go up against other players in tournaments far and wide.

My current dream is to play in the WCS next year. My current playstyle is macro heavy, and I'm moving toward a a more micro and multi-tasking intensive style of play.

Hello there everyone.

I'm Metalcore and i'm a kiwi Diamond Mech Terran (probably one of the few of my kind in this region :P). I'm studying down at Otago University doing a major in classics and am an avid sc2 fan. My sc2 goals are to reach masters league (had one rank 1 diamond end of season finish since hots, so close) and to become a caster of local reknown. I hope to become an active member of this community in the coming weeks.
