Well, apparently I was let in because I was allowed to play but if I qualified to the top 8, they wouldn't let me attend. Didn't seem fair for me to have the chance to eliminate people when I wouldn't even be eligible to represent NZ. Gonna go for the UK quals instead lol.

Players will be seeded into each pool based on their Battle.net SEA/NA ladder points, keeping the pools as even as possible.

This shouldn't take more than an hour if you have all the results for Stage One and its already a problem if you don't have results for it.

This is one of the biggest tournament for NZ. Players needs to at least know who they are playing or what group, what day etc to sort out everything.

I was under the impression that the organisation wasnt solely run by one person. Come on guys step up please this event is for the future for New Zealand eSports and for the community. Each Member of your team really needs to take on this massive responsibility.

We apologise for the delays, we have announced the players moving into the next round, but had given players one more day to respond with match result issues before announcing the new match ups.
A large number of players were absent on Sunday, and a large number of games were rescheduled over the weekend before announcing the new match ups.
Stage Two Match ups will go live shortly tonight.


Players who are requesting rescheduled matches for Stage Two, your opponents will receive an email requesting the reschedule, but it is up to your opponent to approve this request.

Remember this is the largest StarCraft II Tournament in New Zealand, the rescheduling is not designed for convenience, but rather to assist with important commitments due to the timing of this event with Universities.


Thanks to all the players who attended Stage One of the WCS. Stage Two will be announced and detailed shortly (tonight).
