Given that tgun joined GoSu a week after leaving FXO (and qxc changed teams within a week too) it can only be assumed there is nothing contractually restricting GLaDe from joining

Unless Im missing a zerg under contract?

I'll add Edge to the list and say other ex-Archaic players Rossi, Deth and Pinder already signed with this team, so I don't think it's him...

yeah Rossi, deth and Pinder all joined and I know (atleast what ive been told by the guy who wrote the contract) that ArchMSI's SCII player contracts werent too formal

Shouldn't be any limitation restricting him from joining as far as I know.

Pandan (former owner of ArchMSI) , basically he said it was a piece of paper outlining what you will get and what you may get

unless Pandan lied to me? or maybe I misheard him? I remember specifically talking to him about the subject because I wanted advice when It came to writing up the contracts for Xeria

TIL: Piece of paper saying "Hopefully we can send you this" with no ones signature on it, which despite being captain of the sc2 team for the entire time never ever saw or heard about, are referred to as 'contracts'.

ArchMSI had more of an agreement where as Xeria has a firm commitments from both parties

@Pinder- perhaps 'contract' wasnt the best choice of word but youve seriously got to tone down the hostility its getting old
