What are your settings for Sony Vegas? This is really bugging me, either the new versions of the game have added like 200 mb to my files or something must be terribly wrong

Short Description of your stream: A stream dedicated to Starcraft 2 games. I will eventually be streaming tournaments and commentating on replays. The link to my stream is http://www.justin.tv/avearex and at the current time there are no specific times I will be streaming Enjoy.
I'm not a caster, but I watch a lot of streams (probably about 6 hours worth a day).
Just a bit of feedback, I've found Justin.tv to be the best stream over livestream/xsplit/3dtv/ustream. You record at the highest quality you can, then Justin.tv re-encodes it, so that the users can set what quality they want to view it at (240p, 480p, 720p and Best (though I've noticed 720p is not always shown, which I guess means the broadcaster hasn't got the connection for higher quality)). This allows the users to lower the quality if it's lagging. And the quality of best is really great, and i rarely have to lower it to stop it lagging.
But that's just my personal opinion. And having a brief look through the thread, most people already are using it. just some feedback for those others.
