For leaving games? I had that happen twice to me now haha usually my computer crashes or I rage quit cause of that high ping bug that gives you 450 ping or if I have an incredibly bad team (one team went 3-30).
Edit: Are we all free on Monday night next week so we can have a skype conversation and organize an inhouse?

Congrats Firehawk! I'm at 830ish.. wanna carry me out of elo hell? The people I play with are retards. I.e. Me banning and my team picking 3 AP carries...
Generally I go positive, unless.. like the last game, I am forced to play support brand... haha.
Need a good partner though, if you want some games hit me up

Paroxysm the best way to gain elo at your elo is to just play AP Mid or AD Carry. They're the two roles that can carry the whole team out. Best to use Vladimir, Cass, Xerath, and Kennen. Get good at one of them, and you can win teamfights easy and even get pentakills.
As an AD main, get good at Graves/Ashe/Tristana as they all all round good carries; concentrate on farming, don't get ganked by their jungler, learn how to freeze waves just outside your own tower range so that you can farm and deny the other AD carry farm, and when you feel ready, start contributing to teamfights.
Learn your roles. You will be forced to play support every few games as last pick. Learn how to play support. Learn how to play a good jungle. Learn how to last hit. Everything comes down to practice; the more you play, generally the better you'll get.
Lastly, DON'T SURRENDER. I cannot stress this point enough. Many a times have I played games where we were down all turrets with an exposed Nexus, down lots of kills, dragons, and Barons. A lucky ace or a lucky teamfight can and will win the game for you.
Trust me Firehawk, I do this often, with the last two games I have been 12/6/10 or even 16/4/3 and my team still loses. I was playing caitlin and graves respectively in those two games. It is incredibly hard to get out of elo hell, but I'm not going to stop trying. I want to try and get to 1500+ elo and do some damage in proper tournaments !
So its Monday night, anyone up to play some games?
I was online but only you and Parox were as well - I'll hit you guys up for game next time. I'll be keen to play anytime this week since I'm on mid semester break and can borrow brother's laptop (so I can finally run LoL and Skype at same time)
I never had any problems with 'elo hell' - just seemed that people blamed others for their losses more than they should, I'm of the believe that if on average you get average players, if you consistantly play well your elo will rise.. hasn't proven me wrong so far!
Thought I revive this thread with a funny picture/brag. My team was all premade except for me and suddenly decided to quit, I thought I went pretty good for a 1v5 with the enemy team playing seriously (cause Lulu is OP ). I count it as 4/3 cause in the last second the Kennen tried to kill me but I stunned him and the fountain turret got him.
We never got around to having some inhouse games. Does Sunday 6th May at 7pm sound good? Depending on how many people are online then we'll just play some quick matches, make a ranked team or if 10 people show up have an inhouse?
I was hoping to get an in house tourney with 4 teams set up. but somehow I don't think we will get enough people. I was thinking about it at work yesterday haha

I reckon we would be able to do it!

The Chad is great!
I will make a post this weekend, might even have a prize for the winning team. All of the teams will be randomized, to avoid complete imbalance. Would be good to have 4 or even 8 teams!
