^^^ This is an awesome idea, it'll give everyone some motivation to aim higher and test themselves out, i like it.

Yes its good. It would possibly cause for cheesing if a lower player was playing a higher player - but thats part of the game.
Also, with the Masters you could either have them all start on Negative points by a reasonable sum, as well as a point Adding disadvantage, Or alternatively make us all offtrace?

All playing off-race would kind of defeat the purpose of joining, I would rather have you play your main race. I think the points system I suggested should help balance things out in terms of ladder ranking, I'll think further about how to balance it even better.

@navi Nope sorry the Main Ladder has already begun! Fixtures have been done and all so it's not very possible to slot anyone in.If you're interested, you can join the Masters Ladder and fight with the Masters/Diamond players

Ok after some thought, would you like to sub me? I can sit out and join the Masters Division or something. The condition is that you have to stay the whole way and dont be an idiot and go MIA, and you'll be taking my existing record of 1 Win 1 Loss.

If he's agreeable to join the Masters Division then you will be in the Main Division, otherwise you have to join Masters Div or be on the waiting list
