I will be doing the scheduling for the quarter finals over this weekend and planning on having the round of 8 played over next week!

Probably not, sorry no one told you about troy but he has a track record of not ever going through with anything he promises. but everyone on this site seems to circlejerk him and so nothing he does wrong is actually wrong.
