I remember reading not long ago in PC Powerplay that a father wasn't happy with Valve because they labelled him a cheater and banned his steam account when he was 100% sure he didn't use any cheats and Valve got it wrong. He got some legal advice and kept pressuring and by memory he got the account back.

Long story short, if you're definitely not in the wrong with the matter as a consumer don't let it slide. I'd be ******* dirty if this happened to me.

You know what guys, I've had enough of this. I'm not gonna do anything anymore. But this does not mean that I admit using any third-party program or that I really do. I just feel that going through so much just got get my SCII account back while I have other more important things to tend to in real-life. Thanks for the help and advise guys.

^^ seems like your not alone, a lot of other people have been banned for various reasons, saw about 3-4 threads on TL (inlcuding yours), seems like the annual ban hammer just fell, and for some reason, you've been banned with them.

As mentioned before nothing else you can do apart from calling up and explaining the situation. Do you by BM a lot or something? Maybe a bunch of people have complained against you repeatedly out of irritation, and hence they've taken action.

Luckily SCII is cheap these days, hope to see you back with a new account soon :]
I would suggest you just have a look at any programs that may have run, which would cause Blizzards anti-hacking system to flag you.
I had a similar situation with WoW (same anti-hacking system) and a simple hex editor. I was doing some homework and it flagged me as cheating! :<
