Hey everyone,
I'm brand new to the site just figured I would post a hello. I'm currently s top silver/gold player, and fairly new to Starcraft. I'm always looking for ways to improve. I'm currently on the NA server (loki 1786) and soon TW server.
I like devoting my time to Starcraft as I just love the game. If your in a higher league then me and care to help me learn and practice feel free to message me inside game or here!

Hello people,
Brand new person here. Currently live in the US, playing as Xarayezona(NA).932.
Played as Terran for the first half of Brood War, then learned Protoss through playing my usual LAN opponents (almost all of which were Protoss lol), then learned how to macro as Zerg, so now I play Random. Also because of my Brood War experience, I have a weird tendency as Terran to only win with mech or sky and only lose with bio.
I'm a bit busy at the moment because I need to get college application stuff done, but after that I should have time to hang around here and play with a few people if they want. But mostly hanging around here because I don't expect many people here to be from NA lol.
Apart from being a Starcraft player, I'm also a total otaku. I know a fair amount of (W/J)apanese.
And about my dreams: When I'm Grandmaster I will play faster. But now I'm just Plat. Ohhh.

Hi everyone my name is Thomas and I am from Brisbane. I play on the SEA server as Hyperion but play on the NA server as Muser (which is what i want to change my id to when blizzard finally get around to introducing the name changes).
I currently play Protoss and currently ranked around mid silver on SEA and mid gold on the NA but im slowly getting better and better as time progresses. I do occasionally stream every now and again and listen to the viewers feedback in order to improve upon my game.

Hey everyone, Im new here and thought i would just throw a line out to say hi and im looking for some SC2 friends to add for training and general gamer friends purposes. I live in Perth WA, and attend the Barcrafts when ever they are on and generally try to be involved with the scene. I also enjoy FPS games like BF3 and MW3 but i am really keen on getting better at SC2. I am currently Bronze level player on SEA but im Silver on NA servers and play Terran.

If anyone is keen to add as friends or whatever, just reply n well go from there.

P.S. if anyone feels like helping a noob like me get better im up for offers...

Hi my name is Jens aka Spasti.829 i am from germany and i love playing starcraft 2!
When i started playing i was a bronze league player, however right now i am not really sure of what league i am cuz i am living in kenya right now and the internet is not very good, i practice a lot and sometimes in the evenign the internet works well enough to play online, for all i know that i have won against platinium players, so ya i guess i have o start laddering more and read through all u guyses tipps! thx 4 evrythn! =)=)

Gday!

I'm ZiggyD, Writer/Editor of LearningSC2.com.

I pride myself on my involvement in the SEA community as I am an Australian SC2 player and PRACBUD regular so I'm rather embarrassed that I have not posted here yet!

Time to wrong the right and get more involved in the SC2SEA community. I will have a look around and make some posts if I have something useful to say. If you guys have any suggestions of how I should get involved on these forums I'd love to hear them!

A bit more about myself, feel free to skip if you are of the tl;dr variety

I started out in the bottom of Bronze and through many whoopings developed a passion for the self-improvement inherent in SC2. I knew that I absolutely had to give something to the community and I knew that the game wasn't very beginner friendly.

From this I formed an idea: I would start writing about my learning experiences with SC2 as clearly as possible in an effort to help other new players struggling. I had an advantage over professional and higher ranked players as I was intimately familiar with the problems that beginners face. After all, I was slogging my way through them too!

Awesomely a bunch of people really liked what I was writing and I kept going. I am now in Diamond but my journey is far from over. There is still so much more to learn and I love it!

Eventually I want LearningSC2.com to be a place where new players can go for any of their struggles and read advice from people who know exactly what it is like to be hopelessly hopeless.

I also plan on moving into formal coaching when I am at a level where I am satisfied in my abilities and my ability to help another player. I especially want to focus on players with ladder anxiety and stress issues to help them overcome them. Ladder anxiety is the plague of SC2.

For the tl;dr guys:
I help people with SC2 because I know what it's like to be hopeless and I love to learn and teach.

I started off in bronze with no RTS online gameplay before, and now i'm trying very hard to make my way into Master League. I'm also looking for any practice partners as most of my friends who play are in either bronze, silver or gold, and it isn't the best to practice with.
