So the next rule would be what was your previous seasons league?.. if you were plat or higher you wouldn't be playing... each games + related situation was mentioned by the admins at the beginning to be a case by case situation.

Yep, plat last season isnt allowed to play.. Water is ex plat but he was plat three or so seasons ago, so hes allowed
