I recommended SYF remove that person from their crew. As far as I can see, the advice is being ignored.

Spud told them to apologise on the forum, and it was an angsty "**** YOU WE'RE NEVER RUN DOTA AGAIN" reply. Thankfully, Spud edited the post and made his own appeal. I still think that person should be named and shamed and removed from their organisation.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again - people DO NOT LEARN if there is zero consequences for their actions. They are destined to repeat them...
