I've given it a lot more thought over the last 24 hours, and KingKong can play.

We will be altering the 2 wins in a row rule so that it is for SEA versions only.

Reasons for this are that in theory player x could win both SEA, sit out global, win SEA, repeat. This rule is designed to share the winning around in our small community.

In addition, international versions now have double ranking points up for grabs, and are harder to win, so all players should have access to these.

So KingKong can play in this Masters Cup, but must sit out the next SEA version.
