Maybe you should set up a blog to showcase your efforts. That way, even if people can't follow your journey the whole way through on stream, they can read about it and check out the links to the vods, so they can digest at their own pace. You could do one to two posts a week with notes about how much you're lifting, your wins and losses, etc etc
As much as I'd love to commit to some support for you and your goal, I too think that realistically I will be inconsistent in getting to actually jump on the stream
As above, I think you should definitely keep a blog.
It would be great if you could read weekly/monthly progress including your statistics on league/rank/weight/bmi/body fat ratio... whatever details you can manage. Would also make looking back on the journey rather simple.
