Always have a bottle of water next to the computer and for snacks usually nuts (not salted, makes you too thirsty - just raw or roasted) and fruit (some dried, some fresh).

Also sometimes I have rice crackers or soya crisps but that makes all the TA guys on teamspeak angry ;(

theyre not oily and wont get my fingers all messy but they tend to flake abit hahha

2L bottle of water that anyone playing me in a tourney set is familar with, seems like after every single game I need to pee lol. Probably because I play like IMMvp with my mouth open like a losty!

Winnie Blues are okay, but for me, it's Dunfield Blue for at home, and BH Smooth when I'm hitting up the city. Aww yeahh!

got a trusty 7-11 jumbo slurpee cup that holds enough water for a 1 hour gaming session! Rinse and repeat. Also sour cola lollies to help me get rid of the bitter taste of 6 pool and DT rushes...

This thread has opened my eyes to how truly unhealthy I am. If anyone has seen me at a tourney, I drink like 4 bottles of Red Bull and eat no food.

For workweek, hot black tea. Even when its 35C+ outside.

On weekends, I sport draft beer from the bar downstairs (I have an Irish bar on the ground floor of my apartment building) with smoked and salty Chechel cheese, or smoked crab meat rings. By game 10 I'm usually pretty wasted

At least you don't do that while smoking in front of the PC! I got a little too used to that :P

Some ladder games REALLY make me wanna do it again too.
