Yes this is definitely happening. Both LiquidTyler and LiquidTLO have been dropped to Bronze. I don't think they are even playing the games. What happens is they lose almost like 40 games in a row, and then in match history you see them play 30 wins in a row, get back to maybe Diamond and once against the insane losing streak starts. I don't know what's happening!!!

I was playing this player profile named ToLoverRU and he drop hacked me, please see his profile and if you are on bnet pls check his match history, his wins all come under 2-3 min suggesting he drop hacks.

He (ToLoverRu) drop hacked me about an hour ago, he's also drop hacked a few other people I know. He'll all in scv with marine against you if hes terran or 6 pool with drones as zerg and suddenly bam! you got dropped...

Srsly dissapointing that there are people like this on SEA or even on any server, why can't people respect a great game.

Xenomorph, have you reported him? I have but seemed like he's still actively drop hacking many other players, we should all collectively report him via Bnet along with your other friends who suffered the same fate as us (though I'm not sure how useful is this). Hopefully with sufficient reports, Blizzard will take action.

Yea I've reported him, my clan will report him if they play him as I told them that he was a drop hack (hopefully they listened to me =P).

Funny, but recenrtly I played a zerg on EU named Bagonad. I first met him at ~12:30-ish pm (GMT+6) on TA cross resp, the game went on for 15-ish minutes with us just macroing like pros, then he randomly dced. 2 hours later (!) I met him again in ladder on Shattered. We were close spawns, I went forge-FE, he went roach all-in. He killed my expo, but lost all army. I had 3 voidrays, so I charged into his natural, killed all queens and started drilling his hatchery, but...he dced! Some 10 mins later he whispered me saying I was a drophacker and that he reported me.

Go figure.
